I love a person who knows who they are and what they like and what they are good at, but also respects other people and is kind. I also have a dry sense of humor so people who can match that always get me. But this doesn't necessarily mean loud or outgoing, I have liked people who are and who are not.
I just feel like secure and confident is the hottest thing a person can be. Thoughtful and competent is a close second. People who can share the responsibility and help make a plan or make decisions. I don't know if it's just me but I feel like that's a rare quality, and it's nice to have someone be able and willing to put on the work to see you and have a good time.

I like my teasing insults back and forth banter that I have with most my friends. We don't cross lines. I like sarcasm and being allowed to metaphorically bite. I am confident, I don't have many insecurities.
But still, reassurance is good. I like hearing that my friends think I'm clever or kind or funny. And sometimes I don't really know how to ask for that.

I realized I have only been on dates with/in relationships with writers & artists, and I didn't even do that on purpose. Most of my friends are creative people as well, so I guess that tracks. I love smart people/nerds, but there's many different types of nerds and many different types of intelligence, and I feel like I'm not really drawn to someone if they're not creative on top of that. Even if their self-expression is in the form of fashion or something, it just has to be present strongly and earnestly somehow.
Of course there's more qualities that are important & essential on top of this factor, but this seems to be a common thread for me.

I like a slight shyness but i also like slight confidence
Unique piercings or tattoos are really attractive, or if they do their make up like art and not generically (is that a word?)
Unique noses, too! Or when one tooth is missing or their teeth are crooked, i think thats attractive.
Raspy or soothing voices, when they speak calmly and at ease
I love when a person has big people word vocabulary and knows how to use it. intelligence is really attractive, and it's cute sometimes when they do it in a ☝️🤓 way. When they know more than 1 language, aswell
God, when they have "grandma" hobbies like crocheting or baking, maybe even reading (Using grandma really loosely in this context)

More specifically, watching your favorite rom com and then your crush's favorite rom com (is there an adult word for crush), back to back at the same time as they are watching them. But instead of the social exhaustion of video calling you just text while you watch them. Even better you guys like each other mutually, so it should be exhilerating, but they cannot and will not be with you so instead it's just a lesson in your terrible self restraint. Exhilerating anyway. Good movies, good conversation. Unbeatable.
