I've found that 1. I'm back in my pop rock era and 2. it's always a crowd pleaser 3. the lyrics really do come back to you more than you expect!

A two-fold rec. First, the song 'back on the road' by half moon run. Isn't it incredible when a new release from your favourite band lines up exactly with your current experience of being alive?
Second, I rec getting actually back on the road. For a second, I'd lost my way. Stationary, forgotten. But when you simply begin to place one slow, painful, difficult foot in front of the other, believe it or not, the journey starts to happen.
It's so hard, being on the road (especially approaching 21, when the gears are shifting) but it is always worth it. I never wish I took more breaks, I always wish I did more living.
Back on the road baby!

it was move in day at college. my new roommate offered me one of her favorite snacks, a babybel cheese. I had never heard of them before, but trying to make friends, I made a big deal about how they *too* were my favorite snack of all time. first thing I do is bite into the red protective wax, wincing, saying how good it was...she stared at me in shock and told me what I did. Embarrassed and caught, we laughed about it all night.
we lived together for 3 years after that :-)

and it made me love the publication even more. What's better than a good conversation? Interview artfully pairs together sometimes two seemingly disparate people to be in convo with. two lines in, you realize they were actually the PERFECT pairβthe result? A discussion you couldn't ever dream of.
