I wear my black swim skirt as a regular skirt constantly , like a perfect dupe of an outdoor voices skort. Plus the built-in undies keep my tights from riding down my crotch in the cold ❣️

Not pleated, but i do have a very twirly knee-length skirt from j. crew! their longer skirt selection tends to be better during fall/winter, I got mine last month from the sale section🧚‍♀️
