I love imperfect songs with odd instrumentals and bad singing. It sounds like I’m criticism but it all just comes together so perfectly to create a 1/1 sound.

not exactly a sleeper but I think this song has some complexity and depth in its sound and timbre that I really enjoy the guitar section and drums really shine for me with the fills they add, the vocals are easy to sing along with and they carry a wealth of emotion that I love and makes me cry (need to work on the run-on sentences jesus christ)

Particularly, the Peel Session version. I listen to this most days before work, Mark E. Smith was always able to create this bleak atmosphere, pulling all the annoying things from the mundane. All punk seems like a charade in comparison to this, this is the only song that matters sometimes, all that anger.

This song perfectly captures that wrong fit. The type of love where you want it to work, where the pieces look like they belong together, so you keep trying to force it, but the more you force it, the more it wears you down.

Working from home 5 days a week can get tiring and repetitive. I‘ll meet up with a homie once a week at a coffee shop or library and just work together and chat. I call them my work from homies. The day flies by and I often am more productive than I would’ve otherwise been. Plus it’s a great way to catch up with friends who you haven’t seen in a while, I find that most people love to sit together and parallel play. It’s my favorite part of my work week and I hope to make it a habit rather than a highlight in my week.
