I finally figured out how to play this on guitar instead of piano as it's constructed here (it's in a different tuning -- drop C, CGCFAD which is also what Nirvana's "On a Plain" is in)
I think it's Faces' greatest song, from among many candidates -- Rod Stewart basically isn't on it, he's barely on this album TBH -- it was written and sung by Ronnie Lane.

This song slaps me in the face and then proceeds to give me a kiss and a cuddle. Every. Single. Time.
I love going back and rolling the lyrics around in my mind. Another layer is added each time.

š£not exactly a sleeper but I think this song has some complexity and depth in its sound and timbre that I really enjoy
the guitar section and drums really shine for me with the fills they add, the vocals are easy to sing along with and they carry a wealth of emotion that I love and makes me cry (need to work on the run-on sentences jesus christ)

š»Working from home 5 days a week can get tiring and repetitive. Iāll meet up with a homie once a week at a coffee shop or library and just work together and chat. I call them my work from homies. The day flies by and I often am more productive than I wouldāve otherwise been. Plus itās a great way to catch up with friends who you havenāt seen in a while, I find that most people love to sit together and parallel play. Itās my favorite part of my work week and I hope to make it a habit rather than a highlight in my week.
