For a while now (1.5yrs~) I have felt that milkshakes and ice cream overall are a necessary post-dinner conclusion, making dessert a truly necessary meal as a result. Lately I have especially been finding that after I finish my dinner, I am overwhelmed by the thought of a chocolate malt. Itโs very satiating and on top of that, tends to be a bit hydrating. Minor perk, but a perk nonetheless. All around it has only ever done me good.
