If you have a moment alone and are able to convince yourself not to rush. It feels really good to take a nonsensical path, slow and deliberate, and listen to the trees and spirits you come across, and not gaf if people think you move like a crazy person (helps to do it at night, but be safe always). Release yourself from the social norm of moving like you're always late for an errand

I am much more satisfied w myself when I do this every day. Sometimes when my awareness has been compressed into a pop tart sized lcd screen, going outside and looking at the tree canopies can feel like an acid trip. Usually i’m not a big fan of peanut butter snacks (esp dessert foods) but this is good. The ratio and construction ensures that the peanut butter adds just enough sweetness and complexity without sacrificing texture
