I have my first day of work tomorrow and I’m a bit nervous. Been guzzling pep tea and taking deep breaths all evening. It’s helpful. Id recommend.

drinking peppermint tea (or green) gives me a nice burst of energy that doesn’t make me jittery or anxious like coffee does. and chamomile is super calming at night when it’s time to sleep :)
