i love frozen yogurt. i am the only person in my family that loves frozen yogurt.
it was hot last night while i went to go visit my grandpa, and i was in the mood for some froyo, so i decided him and i would go on a froyo date. he was amazed at the fact that it was completely self serving, and was vocally tossing up his voices between what yogurts and toppings to go with.
he decided a mix of lemon cheesecake and hazelnut choc with candied cherries as a topping.
It’s safe to say that i’m now not the only one who loves froyo in the family, and we have another froyo date booked next week. (my love for froyo is hereditary!!!)
the entire time he kept complimenting the yogurt and asking which other family members liked it so he can take them there as well. he then called his best friend to tell him all about the self-serve ice cream place—they will be going there together on wednesday.

I went to my Pa’s place and he made the two of us dinner and we just had a lovely time. It made me realise that I rarely hang out with him without the rest of the family. He made a classic 1950s style chops n veg (lots of butter, mint jelly (?)). Love him so much.
