Might be a bit basic but idc, this album genuinely has ZERO skips. To me it is literally the perfect album that gives you such a specific feeling of yearning while also being carefree at the same time. this album will never be a skip for me.
this is one of my all-time favorite albums and is def a no skip. the way kelela moves through a devastating break up and finds power in her vulnerability and sadness is genius. i will never stop rinsing this idfcccc
This years pride will be a bit more difficult compared to the last couple years but HAPPY PRIDE! Celebrate with the people you love and the people that care for you. this year especially we need to stick together as a community with the rise of homophobia and especially the rise of transphobia. a special reminder that our community is built off the work of the black trans community and the black trans women that have fought for all of our rights. respect one another as that is all we can do right now. happy pride and be safe! <3
