bigstrongguy yessss!! I don't have chronic pain so take the advice with a grain of salt but my cousin got me a fuzzy water bottle (the fuzzy cover is removable) and it's so nice to hold when I have cramps, also my roommate has a microwavable one her mom made her by sewing a rectangle and filling it with rice, I've seen cute olushie shaped ones online somewhere too

Lukewarm bath with a cup or two of oats
So soothing/moisturizing and always helped draw out some heat.
Grind em up and let them steep in a hot bath - climb in once the temp is lukewarm.

hot stone massages
As someone who had some harrowing experiences with massages, this is the only massage I get now. It is so deeply healing on a soul level lmfao. I am one of those people that loves burning hot showers and my thermostat to 80 degrees, so this tickles that part of me that needs heat !
