Sometimes I need to hear it to remember that I'm happy, but no one is telling it to me but myself. Instead of saying that something is delicious, or pretty, or great, or exciting, just say - "Wow, this makes me so happy!"
I like to announce phrases that seem like a personal affirmation as I walk through a room of strangers. Recently mine has been: βIβm going to go home and lick myself like a little kitty boy.β
currently being a bit more financially responsible and finding that the only way for me to stay on top of things is to know my daily budget and actually write it down and see the numbers with my own eyes, because numbers don't mean shit to me otherwise
