i read about this is an article and ever since i started doing this, i was more productive and felt a little less shit the next day
1. do not drink coffee within 2 hours after waking up
2. do not exceed the 400 mg cap for caffeine intake as cited by the FDA. (which is equivalent to 4 cups of brewed coffee so most of yall r safe ig)
3. do not drink coffee 4-6 hours before shleeping
