It could be related to your creative field but maybe itโs better if it isnโt, Iโm not sure. Read poetry or Kafka or Hunter S Thompson, watch a comedy special, go to any museum, or a dance show. Listen to music. I think it can be anything (except probably Instagram or anything algorithmically generated), but try to really be there with it.
