AND NOBODY IS WILLING TO HELP ME!! i wil get my mind off things by going to a very serious lecture tonight. made a cold brew from the coffee i had leftover from this morning. i could feel that morning coffee come back up in my throat during my workout class, which i underestimated the intensity of. but all is well, im alve, i ate a very nice juicy mango, a lot of grapes, pita bread with self made hummus... and i had a nap on my heated blanket. please keep me in your prayers while i try to make the most of the rest of my day, thank you very much, also i lost my phone again. which is good, i dont need it untill friday anyway

wild start: after work i went to a grocery store and at one point worker knocked this really big glass wall thing and it fell on me and i hurt my wrist trying to catch it (literally wtf lol) took my groceries home on the subway showered, PJs took a weed gummy, hung out for a little heated up dinner and chilled a bit more & now i’m about to brush my teeth and do my skincare before i meditate and go to bed!

i was trying to code some thymeleaf stuff but that wasn’t working. plus my lunch sucked and it’s hard to get the minimum amount of fiber needed. so now im under my weighted blanket listening to true crime videos

ive been feeling icky and bummed all day so ive chosen to do the bare minimum in terms of being a human. i wallowed then i napped then i ate chips for dinner now im going back to sleep. im not gonna feel awesome tomorrow either but today’s indulgence will give me the strength to perservere til the next mope day 🙏
