washing a blender: 0/10, why am I dodging knives, it's so oddly shaped, yes blend the soapy water blah blah, it sucks no matter what

immersion blenders are soooo easy to clean and cheap too! not great for smoothies but incredible for sauces and soups etc

ninja, nutribullet, etc. I don’t use this phrase lightly when I say this kitchen appliance has “changed my life”. I blended up silk tofu with lemon to make a creamy pasta sauce! i love banana mango spinach smoothies, or blend some dates in soy milk and make overnight oats. this was all just today! more useful than an oven in my humble opinion

It's so lawless. You’ll see the weirdest things and no one will care. People are so unabashedly human here. Dead expressions, exhaustion, boredom. You’ll get a coffee, someone else will get a bloody mary, the time is irrelevant. Your priorities will be tested, everything costs at least three times as much as it should, it won’t matter. I love liminal spaces.
