I recently started going on what I like to call “coffee walks“. it’s pretty self explanatory. It’s so nice to get out and get some blood pumpin, clear my head, and get caffeinate. it’s a great way to transition into the day. It’s definitely much more pleasant with nice weather but you can really do it when you want.
Paired with cold brew, these have been hitting so hard for me lately. I get my best ideas in the mornings, and this practice takes that up a notch big time! No music or pods, just your brain and the neighborhood/nature.
My friend and I made burgers last night. It was more than just delicious. I feel like a changed man and at the same time I don’t know how to feel or what transpired when we ate those culinary delight. making good food can change a man
