And not to read about finance and the economy! (although you can if you want). The Life & Arts and House & Home sections plus the included weekend magazine they do are top notch for a lazy weekend morning read. It’s become one of my favorite weekend activities!

Always such a pleasure picking up a print version and sitting down and getting lost in the stories and writing there, and then you have a crossword puzzle at the end too! I just love print magazines in general, always have. I looove finding new things and ones to read obviously, but sometimes it can just get overwhelming when you find so much you want to read and only have so much time- so then you just fall back on your old reliable go-tos.

Published every other week. Great essays/criticism. I like the diversity in types of books that they cover. There’s a good spread imo of fiction and nonfiction, politics and culture etc. Plus the classifieds can be funny

I don’t believe in ranking things- restaurants, albums, books, movies, athletes anything, top x lists whatever. I think it’s a waste of time honestly. Even with a completely objective criterion what’s the point. Would rather listen to and read people just talk about their favorite things and why they are special and meaningful to them- everyone has their own, interesting reasons. And this is a great place to do that!
