rice, canned tuna, imitation crab, edamame, cucumber, avocado, green onion, spicy mayo (homemade bc its way cheaper) and seaweed snacks are my favorite 15 minute meal! balanced with protein, carbs, and fats so it keeps you full for hours.
you can customize how much you want but making big or small ones, i love making them the day before and then taking them outta the fridge like an hour in advance. if i have work, i bring seaweed separately in a ziploc so that when i assemble at my desk i can enjoy the crunch! and maybe some pickles too, i want to make my own but im not sure how to!
