I love to learn, I love what I am in university for, I love knowledge and everything that goes with it. BUT I HATE STUDYING!! it is just so boring and pointless, everything for a grade, I will forget everything in about a month anyway, what’s the point? I’m also a chronic procrastinator, I really do wish I wasn’t 💔
i’m taking a subject that i had to take only for the number of credits it gives me, and it just seems so existentially useless that I get viscerally desperate everytime I read a word from it. Today’s biggest accomplishment was to get myself to open the notebook. worst thing is that i KNOW this is an easy A+ but i just don’t care enoughhhhhh . heeeelppppppp💔💔💔💔🥀
I love the subjects of my degree and taking the time to understand the concepts within them in depth with conscious deliberation makes my heart and mind feel full and happy🌷
i love knowledge. getting to absorb information and interact with other students and professors in an environment dedicated to that is really wonderful i think. do i think the education system is good, no i do not. where i live it's run like a business and education should be free. regardless, i'm going to be so sad when i'm not in school anymore lowkey. posting this while i’m in class rn btw
listening to music on a bus or on the train while alone and looking out the windows with some music in your ears is the closest thing to the poetic experience ever
