all i look forward to in a week, they dont know what it means to me. maybe they do.. they dont like the idea of me in another band which has to count for something. still working on solo stuff to satiate my muscial yearnings without compromise.

I get so tweaky whenever I go on a trip and can’t practice for a week which is funny because some weeks I don’t practice much at all.. it’s the fact that I don’t have a choice when I’m away I think

this is my third semester taking weekly guitar lessons, but admittedly I have not practiced much in the past. that changes NOW. my fingers hurt and I keep making mistakes but it will be worth it <3 I think 2025 is the year to do challenging things. And, anyway, this guitar isn't going to play itself...

i’d like to take a moment to appreciate practice.
I’ve been practicing guitar and bass for 3 hours a day for about 3 years now and man it really does pay off.

the best decision i ever made was switching from biochemistry to studying marine biology. i never even intended to at first but im glad i did.. i could have been stuck doing biochemistry
