I eat oatmeal constantly. Its and absolute staple and I don't know where I'd be without it. Its my little quick fix in the morning to get me going, and most times i don't feel like cooking when i get off work late at night so oatmeal packet to the microwave we go.
Ive got lots of flavors, and sometimes i add yogurt or fruit if i have it, or if im feeling really fancy overnight oat it up.
I also eat lots of pasta and lentils for a change of scenery.
going on three years having it every morning, don’t think ill ever tire of it? its easily customizable, healthy, quick, different types (steelcut, rolled oats, quick etc.), keeps u full til lunch. the other breakfast girlies don’t have the range
