Current saturday night live
I swear to God, I hadnā€™t watched SNL in years because it was unwatchable for so long. But Iā€˜ve been tuning in recently, kind of on a lark & I was shocked at how genuinely funny it is this season. I donā€™t know if itā€™s new writers or if Iā€™m going senile. But I havenā€™t laughed at SNL like this since I was like 13 years old. Anyone else experience something similar. I feel like Iā€™m losing my mind. You know what? Iā€™m going to write an essay on it. Iā€™m gonna post an essay about why SNL is good now on here.

Iā€™ve lied for too long. I donā€™t like SNL. I think most of the recent sketches are not funny. I donā€™t understand why people still consider it the pinnacle of comedy. It is definitely past its prime. If I have to see another version of that Espresso/Domingo sketch go viral idk what Iā€™ll do.

Local comedy shows
People may tell you seeing local improv and standup is cheugy but let me tell you when itā€™s good itā€™s really invigorating. Especially when the performers are older it makes you feel more optimistic about aging.
