i did this yesterday and felt so awake and alive and connected to my own body. danced for hours. i think iβll try this more often. probably also a testament to the quality of music in le club.
Had the weirdest work day where I thought the day would go one way and went the opposite direction which sucked!! But then I just turned all the lights off, put my headphones on and set a timer for 20 minutes and truly danced like no one was watching. Healed.
Breaking my very thin, almost non existent air of mystery because I got a haircut I actually like, my favorite jeans fit again, itβs a full moon eclipse, 70Β°, and both of my kidsβ birthdays are today!! MAGIC IS REAL AND I AM FULL OF LOVE! π πππππ
