if u have a little electric hot pot u can put any veggies(i like zucchini) in there w butter/oil and seasonings or maybe soy sauce n have that w rice!!! u could do chopped little potatoes too
stir fry (high heat, fast, constant stirring) some onions carrots and literally any other veg add some soy souse + vinegar and have them over a bowl of rice/noodles/etc. low effort, takes 15 mins, delicious. you can add any protein as well
make stir fry with veggies and eggs. My go to meal, if your vegan drop the eggs. if you don't have a stove (this is more of a snack) cut up cucumbers and soak them in balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and a little bit of sesame oil. sooooooo good. you can combine it with rice too
Boil Napa cabbage in water for 30 mins. Add some mushrooms or other veggies. Last minute when youβre ready, drop in thin sliced beef or tofu and eat.
My current meal fixation.
go get magazines or books from the thrift store and make some art. functional sometimes even,,??!?!! this is the lid to a box i will store trinkets in. one of these cut outs is from a magazine i photo copied for a quarter cuz i didnt wanna ruin the original. theres so many possibilities ! ive even used junk mail newspaper ads that usually get thrown away

its so tempting to get a bunch of cheap items from somewhere but since buying a couple long lasting non tarnishing jewelry items and real leather clothes n shoes, wallet and backpack even, i feel like we should go back to the olden days and get things that will last decades on decades
