I’ve been experimenting a lot with graphic design lately when it comes to social media.
It has become so easy to just post without a thought just for it to look “effortless”. But was it really effortless if you had to take a thousand pictures and have countless edits it in the first place?
Social medias are supposed to be fun, let’s make it fun then!

I’m very over meta/advertising/sponsored posts blah blah blah. I’ve recently decided my Instagram is supposed to be FUN so I’ll make it FUN thank you very much. I’ve become obsessed with making collages on Picsart and posting those instead of boring slideshows (don’t get me started on the rectangle profile layout). I like context, memes, and seeing a lot of information at once. The collages are FUN to make. I guess the point of this post is to say I encourage everyone to be creative and post our silly little things because it should be FUN and the rules are made up and the points don’t matter.

Every time I enter into some kind of emotional spiral (good or bad, lol!) I make one of these. Or when I want to organize my thoughts around a creative project, or just for ~funsies~ (🤮)
I love collaging but I don’t always have the resources or energy to make a physical one and once you get the hang of it, this is a super easy way to do it!!

lately I’ve been into taking pics during the day and compiling them all onto one photo to capture its vibe
like my morning coffee, a meal, or a cute cat I’ve been petting on the corner of a street
graffitis help to visually strengthen things but sometimes I just incorporate some graphic elements I find online
also, I’m obsessed with archiving interesting amateur posters, especially ones about lost pets
while one can provide unique graphic and text choices, the other can invoke really emotional responses from me
