i recently got a root canal that I was nervous for. But it was actually so fun. Modern medical tech has found a way to make it completely painless. I was just chilling listening to the vibrations in my head. I think every sound designer should get a root canal. it’s the most sonically inspiring medical experience I’ve ever had right next to an MRI. MRI’s stress me out more than getting a root canal.
Yes it might be insanely uncomfortable. My dentist just carved at my mouth bones for an hour. But they are literally our shamans and healers, it’s modern magic. Trust them with your body and your mind will clear. And fuck a root canal
I feel you on not trusting Big Tooth. wisdom teeth surgery is actually p chill though because everyone has sympathy for you and you get to sit in bed for 4 days and eat ice cream and mashed potatoes. don’t skimp on what they prescribe you! that ish does hurt…..
i forgot how much i love this experience. kinda like a spa day to me. very Cool to see the x-rays. I also like all the little tools we don’t get to use at home and the big arm n’ light that swivels above u. niche tooth art. comfy chair…. what’s not to love.
