Yellow tea
This is Sanxia Yellow! the grass of a green tea but more malty & a bamboo sweetness, I had 3 steepings & I think it tasted best on the 2nd, the first was quite sweet. Notes: dry grass, bamboo, steamed soybean I drank it paired with sweet potato 🍠
