but recently my strategy has been to wake up excessively early and go to bed earlier. shit don't fit w my lifestyle either, but i need money lol. just give yourself more time.

i’ve always been a night owl for as long as i can remember and, even more so, decidedly NOT a morning person. recently though, i have started going to bed early (8:30-9:30PM) and it has made so much of a difference: i feel much more rested when i wake up and don‘t struggle to wake up at a decent time. i actually tend to naturally wake up at 6:30-7AM now—even on the weekend—when that would have been UNHEARD OF for most of my life.

Idk if you’re a dilly-dallier like me, but sometimes I delay going to sleep because then I’ll have to get up and do stuff in the morning or I just want to spend a little more time doing whatever I want. But just go to sleep. You‘ll have more time to dream 😶‍🌫️
