kinda gas u just write whatever pops in your head without thinking. sometimes it makes absolutely no sense. most of the time u end up with something quite interesting! also just carrying ur journal around and trying to write whenever u have downtime helps, u got this ! :P

A brain dump journal

keeping a low stakes, “i can write whatever i want”, just vibes ( 🌀🤔😁🌸💌) journal has been a life changer for me post-uni!
i collect lessons i’ve learnt, good advice from the internet, thoughts after consuming a podcast etc etc in that lil book and it helps me to learn & remember things continually
