To get a bit of momentum I do the tiniest amount of the task and use that success to do the next bit until I somehow finish and/or go beyond what I needed to do. Itβs not always fast but it works for me.
Get red wine stains out with white wine.
Erase permanent marker by scribbling over it with a whiteboard marker.
Keep exposing yourself to your fears and watch them become mundane and disappear over time.
Like cures like.
