Did cat yoga for the first time today and I WILL BE DOING THIS AGAIN!!!! SO much fun, super relaxing, 12/10 recommend. I went to Meowtropolitan in Seattle and the cats were adorable and calming (the instructor was very sweet too)!! There's a café connected and they do the cutest art <3

🌳ive been to my first yoga class this week so im pretty new. i love when the teacher says the name of the pose. like now we are doing the cow pose, the dog pose, the child pose, the tree… i remember when i was a kid and liked imitating things. yes i am a cow, i am a dog, i am a child and a tree.
i also love when the teacher plays the guitar or some instrument. i love the breathing exercises.

🌎I love seeing the live site activity because it's like omg we're such different people all around the world who happen to be here at the same time. Like hi hello welcome to the app I can't wait to hear what you have to say. We're all just little ants and I think that's so cute. This is such a stupid thought but oh well maybe someone else feels this way.

🎟I think we need to bring Box Tops back. One of my favorite parts of elementary school were the Box Tops competitions for a pizza party and I feel sad for the children who didn't get to experience that. Maybe there's an equivalent I don't know about (???) but I think Box Tops competitions are something every kid should get to experience.
