I‘ve shared the virtues of fancy salad, but there is also fancy ramen. A staple in our home.
Toss the flavor pack. I make a simplified version of the (linked) recipe; adding butter, tomato paste, and ginger are key. I also use miso or a stock concentrate as my broth base.
For toppings, go nuts! In this photo, I included baked tofu, medium-boiled egg, jalapeño, and kimchi. A few sprinkles of Everything Bagel seasoning are also nice and recommend.
Typically takes me 30min to make. Fast, easy, and delicious.
