whenever i feel a sick feeling coming on i like to chop up lots of fresh ginger and boil it in some water for about 10-15 minutes to make a rlly strong ginger tea. it's usually super spicy but a few cups of that, maybe a lil honey and lemon, throughout the day should do wonders :)
Get yourself some ginger, cut it up, put some in some boiling water and drink or even with a lemon tea or better yet eat raw slice of it every day when you’re ill and you’ll feel better in no time, it’s nature’s remedy

If the winter is knocking ur immune system down? - THYME TEA
literally the remedy for most of my sicknesses, get urself some fresh or in a baggy (both work) Thyme tea with some honey and if uuuurr really into it some fresh ginger or lemon juice.
