had such a great time here one of my favorite places ever there is so much to see. it’s so interesting seeing paintings and sculptures you’ve seen in classrooms in real life. and you can always find the most interesting people and conversations, in a place where you all are embracing some of humanities best work.

The Museum of Modern Art is my all time favorite museum in the city and has been for as long as I can remember. That says a lot & holds a lot of weight because I’ve been going there and admiring it all since I was about 12 years old. I’d been a part of an extracurricular program for children with disabilities where I was there as a kid to immerse myself in all the different types of art that they had to offer. This was immeasurable for me as a young artist, and a disabled artist at that. That experience was my introduction to the MoMA, and since then I’d been hooked - for lack of better words. As a now 21 going on 22-year-old (by the time this comes out I’ll be 22), it is in my opinion, the most communal of all the museums in the city. You can be ratchet and free with your friends within the walls of the MoMA and enjoy and learn about any type of art or anything related to art there, and that’s literally just what is - you just kind of lose yourself there til doors close at 5:30.

I can’t remember the last time I felt this way in a museum. Spent my whole day there and learned a lot. It was truly moving and inspiring. Can’t recommend it enough if you’re in Copenhagen- even if sculptures aren’t your thing, this place will change that about you. Also the building is majestic and beautiful. I‘ve spent a LOT of time in the met over the course of my life in NYC. I take people there and I just show them my favorite spots. It’s nice to have some territory and museums are this really special dynamic/stagnant thing where there always new exhibitions but the core collection always stays the same.

you may sob when you feel how skinny she is…you may start scheming on how to take her home…….but at the very least you gave her some love and brushed the straw out of her tail. it’s good that you missed your bus for this
