rearranging your living space
ppl who are into crystals say you gotta move them around to keep the energy from going stagnant or something like that. i feel the same way abt furniture. it just feels soooooo good to move shit around. like you just got a new room but it‘s still all your stuff

swag dude it stuck with me when i first heard someone say that. i was at a kickback and this dude started moving around my friend‘s crystals and was like “these were here in the same exact spots when i was here a year ago, i can‘t let you do this.“ and i swear my friend’s mojo came back very soon after

rearranging your furniture
I just made it impossible for me to watch TV from bed and I'm sure my new arrangement isn't the best for feng shui or what have you (bed against a window and within view of the front door, couch not against a wall, etc) but I think I'll like it better this way! I also like creating a new era of sorts in my place--two places ago I was in a smaller studio, and I can separate my time there into distinct eras based on what I was doing with my furniture and how I was trying to make that space work for me lol

my chameleon died this morning and i buried him in my mom’s backyard. i had a lot of ladders in his cage, he seemed to really like to zip around on em. it was hard to see him lose mobility in his old age, but i like to remember him as a climber. rest in peace mr. princess
