The best rom coms are about class. This one is about that and also Liza Minelli is there, what a treat! This movie is endlessly quotable and the leads have sensational chemistry. Watch for the love story, stay for the early 80's fashion.
Generally really like romcoms but this is just so fun and human and lovely! Barely saw it for the first time this easter but had to get my 4k criterion copy to rewatch asap (thank you bi-annual sale!) Anyway, tap in!
A classic, but still gotta recommend it here Picture Harvard in the 70s, immaculate winter vibes, Ryan O’Neal and Ali MacGaw looking all pretty... The soundtrack is also great, just watch it ! And remember, “love means never having to say you’re sorry”
this is one of my favorite movies and certainly one of my favorite rom coms! Cher, Nicolas Cage, Italians in New York falling in love and gossiping. it’s beautiful, so deeply funny, incredible score.
