im getting back into liking school and work again, and growing my attention span. i like the feeling of finishing something ive been putting off, but finishing something early is so much fun. side note i am finishing up an assignment ive been meaning to finish and is due in 30 mins, but small steps y'know.

You’re almost there. Resist rushing through it. Take your time. Take a break. Keep going. Do it well. Reward yourself. Get that completion dopamine, then enjoy a sweet treat for your efforts (or whatever feels nice to you). Soon you’ll have a body of work. It feels good to see it accumulate.

It’s so easy to allow the depression & short attention span to take over, but there’s nothing quite like the feeling of pushing back a little & getting something tangible done. The time will pass regardless.
