I love planning to run my errands with a friend. Whether either I am tagging along with them as they get things done, they are tagging along with me, or we are both being productive adults its always a good time. Its been a great way to encourage me to get things done while also giving me more social time with my friends in a way that feels easier to plan because we are doing together the things we usually plan around.
Like think of a time when you had to do the dishes and it prolly sucked, but like dishes with a friend is so much fun. And you can apply this to anything.
I love doing my friendsβ hair and makeup. Dressing up and experimenting with new looks together gives me confidence.
It can also be a safe space to explore and play with gender expression.
Getting ready with friends is my favorite part of a night out.
this is one of this annoying things that actually makes a difference and makes your mom say I told you so. there's something about a made bed that makes me feel like my life is just that little bit more together and getting into a made bed at night is one of my top 10 favorite mundane experiences.
potatoes, oysters, mussels, beaches, dunes, lush fields, childhood dreams of anne of green gables fulfilled. amazing food, incredibly kind people, and beautiful landscapes. truly what more can you ask for.
