i havenโt desired to take the long trips i used to since moving. everything around me is so new! i find myself having mini trips every other day. my favorite spot is the beach. she (the ocean) has helped me heal and given me much joy with every trip ๐
I had been thinking about the fact that iโve never been to the beach during wintertime and Iโd very much love to, so I went on a day trip my dog. I had been feeling kinda blue for various reasons and instead of fuelling my melancholic state, walking on empty beaches with my headphones on and watching my dog run around was one of the biggest mood lifters as of late. I felt pacified in a way which my urban lifestyle would never allow me to. Just trust me and go to the largest body of water near you. It can be truly beautiful!!!
