I work mid shift/2nd shifh hours so my sleeps all sorts of messed up especially on my 6p-2am days as when I finally get off im fully awake and so I end up falling asleep around 4a and waking up with the sun and napping for another few hours in the afternoon. Combined is probably 6 hours but its not consistent and often is accomplished in chunks lol

fuckin’ normies with their 12-8s and normal sleeping hours. get nasty with it! currently i’m really into taking a 1-3 hour nap in the evening (no earlier than 5, no later than 8) and then waking up to do an additional 3-4 hours of being alive, then sleeping from 2-7. i am tired all the time.

But I lay in bed til 7 and snooze my alarm. Usually same on weekdays and weekends. I have challenges going to bed before midnight though, so ideally I’d like to work on that and sleep more

Find happiness in the little things. Bask in the sun rise, take a moment to people watch grocery shopping or a cafe. Go on drives to nowhere in particular with your favorite playlist blasting. Read plays to a stuff animal audience and really dramatize the characters.

I read a book about volcanos growing up and that stuck with me for suck a long time, then i read my grandpas old astrology book and i very much remember how upset i was when they announced Pluto wasn't classified as a planet anymore and i was set to be the one to give Pluto back its title. Now ironically I study marine science, and im currently in school to now look at underwater volcanos and hydro thermal vents, which have some similar chemical components to that of what is in space so i guess it balanced out.
