Shooting your espresso like its saturday night

I’ve been drinking my ristretto (flex) shot in one gulp ever since someone told me to shoot it like It’s Saturday night. Got conflicting reports on whether or not this is “Italian style” but I like the one and done. Currently chasing it with tomato basil soup which lowkey could be its own rec but it’ll live within this one, congruently.

Touch your toes

I've always gone in and out of workout routines. Spurred on by an unpleasant conversation with a doctor, I've been back on my boxing bullshit. Except this time around, I've been focusing on feeling and "exploration of my strength" more than the calories burned or how heavy the dumbbell was. And now, for the first time in my life, I can reliably touch my toes. I am 31 years old, and I can only just now do it without grimacing. STRETCH, people. It feels so good.
