caught this on cable last night. it’s definitely a product of its time and couldnt be made now, but it’s so funny and quotable. Rowan Atkinson is incredible.
just watched for the first time and it’s def a new fav. carl reiner has such a specific directing style, his movies feel like cartoons that come to life - peoples body movements and noises are so over the top and playful. this is the first movie to make me laugh out loud in a while…

I find new things to love and laugh at every time I watch this film. 👑 🇬🇧
PS: the old TV series episodes are, if anything, even funnier and more eclectic.
What happens behind the wheel is, frankly, none of my business. I'd rather spend my time picking songs/sipping coffee/taking in the scene.
