yeah I’m from England and while I heard the peanut butter jelly song a lot as a kid, the actual sandwich I don’t think I’ve ever seen, from the top of my head. Jelly in sandwiches generally I can’t think of seeing, even at christmas when supermarkets come out with some weird sandwich combos

i’m pretty sure i’ve eaten a peanut butter and jelly sandwich every day for the last three weeks. also, who was the first person to eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich because why on earth would you put those two things together and why do they taste good together? if i think too hard about it i get kind of grossed out because like why???
