not a new song, but one i am coming back to often this moon. a tight 6/8 rhythm and layers of ethereal, breathy, and eerie autotune make judeline‘s voice so perfect for this month and its long nights of anxious expectation. spain stays winning with amazing indie music.

I have been trying to find new artists that have a similar vibe to one of my favorite bands, The Marias. I came across Bratty and honesty have been obsessed with their latest Tres album. Its the perfect album when you're having a lot of conflicting emotions and always is a comfort listen for me. The indie alternative scene in Mexico is definitely something to be looking forward to. Let me know what you guys think :)

i'd be lying if i said today (dst) i wasn't so happy with the clock change. now, i'm no fan of the unnecessary hassle... but i love sunlight!! today i was 21 and i cut up tomatoes and had so much fun, taking in this strange new sunlight as the daffodils wilted and i thought about last night, when we all went clubbing. yes to longer days!!
