On a scientific level : The chance of you being you (your unique genetic makeup) from just one conception is estimated at 1 in 70 trillion, which is translated to 0.0000000000014286%. This information by itself gives me hope that I was put on this earth for something BIG (for me). On a religious level (a side of myself that i keep to me only because it's my personal spiritual journey) : In my religion, they say before we get born, God shows us our whole path in this life and we chose to either accept it and live it as seen or not, so for me honestly this information gives me hope on a daily basis, to know that i chose this life with all its bad and good moments means i saw something that i will eventually be thankful for. On a day to day level : Humans do give me hope in different shapes : - Watching people being with animals is hope - Watching parents being gentle with their babies is hope - Watching people work hard to rescue animals is hope - To see people manifest for a human cause in public is hope - The warm sunlight is hope - Working Hard thinking about the future is hope - Doctors who volunteer in rural areas is hope With the right mindset i think everything can be and is HOPE, even the sad parts like crying to sleep over something, because if you think about it the fact that you care that much to the point it makes you sad is a form of hope because you have feelings.

I can be a pretty pessimistic person but I truly believe that having hope is the only way to move forward. How else would we be there for ourselves and others?

seconding looking into anarchism and smaller community/forms of government for alternatives of what could be, and socialist history to see the types of great governments the US has squandered intentionally to push the "capitalism is natural" narrative... HOWEVER, these are tools for collective action and dreams to reshape our unfixable broken system. great knowledge but not great for keeping yourself mentally healthy. stay or get involved if you can with political groups in your area, however I find it beneficial as an american to stop looking at our government as a whole. especially in rural america it gets easier to remember that our local governments, despite being controlled by the big wigs, are more influential to our lives and something we can directly change. we can also touch people close to us, rather than focusing nationwide or globally. in these times it's best to build communities to resist any oppressive change that comes onto us the best we can, sure - but to also cherish the great silver linings we have with each other in the midst of all the chaos. it's okay to turn off your TV and hang with friends and do/find personal hobbies for a bit. it's okay to also not feel okay with the state of things. it is irredeemably and preventably bad, and it's okay to be mad about the tough times ahead. but it's likely we have a lifetime ahead of us still. so if you're lucky enough to find joy in it, do so like there's no tomorrow - even though I assure you there likely will be. I wish I could be hopeful too but I think it's a tall order to ask when a lot of preventable problems are being caused and perpetuated on a wide scale. and I do think its a little subjective and based on a gamble of the future. can we have hope if things change radically? for sure, in some ways. can we have hope if things continue without change? not really. not for me or my family, and not for kids growing up now. but even though oppression is barreling down on me and my loved ones personally,  I'm taking it as a challenge to be loud and proud and remind everyone they can't pretend I'm not here and human. I hope you feel inspired to do the same. stay safe friend you are so so important and I mean it!!! if you have access to even one therapy session a month I highly recommend it just to get these worries out.

i used to think it's useless to hope for things because life does not go according to plan, but all the corny advice is true... deciding it is impossible makes it impossible. this goes for love, career, etc. - being hopeful has changed my life in ways i never expected. and if something really is impossible and the choice is to be optimistic and wrong or cynical and right, why not do the option thats more fun...

I can’t find the Creator and i am mad about it because i wanna credit the one who made sure to put this for free. I’ve found this website RetroPrint where they show the details of how you can make a Windows 95 customised theme on your phone (with over 800 icons app to choose from 27 of them are already made for the modern apps like netflix twitter etc - some graphics for the widgets too And 3 sounds.)

If there is one style that literally calms me is stippling. The endless dots, the slow process, the nuance effect, the final results. I just love it and appreciate it even more when i spend hours/days to finish one.

The fact that i can stay in bed warm with my phone or laptop and music in the background as i watch my favourite movies/series/youtube vids with a warm tea is simple enough to make me grateful for wherever i am today. Worrying about what I should wear to work is a beautiful thing because it’s a privilege that sadly some people can’t afford :( Complaining about to cook is a beautiful thing because someone somewhere sadly can’t even afford/have access to a simple bread piece. Literally feeling the warmth of the sun while standing waiting for the bus is a beautiful thing to cherish and be grateful for.
