I know it’s simple but getting out of the house can help and writing your feelings down can sometimes help you get to the root of the problem or just give you a place to get it off your chest.

it may sound counterintuitive but sometimes youve gotta get out of your space. recently ive been going on walks with my friends (im bad at coming up with things to do). shoot the shit, take random turns, come up with silly walks, end with a hot beverage!

Probably not that underrated, but I still think it could always get more love. The instrumentation on this album is some of the most beautiful work I’ve ever heard Isaac Wood sings with such raw emotion. It’s a shame I’ll never get a chance to hear this live
