For starters, don’t do anything right now. Don’t do anything at all. Don’t try to talk to them about it, don’t break up, do nothing. You need to make sure whatever you do, it’s not a reaction from the hurt and embarrassment you feel right now.
I don’t know the specifics of your situation, so I’ll try to keep my advice general. Talk to the most level headed person you know about the issue, what you’re feeling and ask them what they think. Whatever they think, you need to decide if you’re willing to stay with someone who doesn’t like you the way you like them. It’s unlikely that you’ll be able to “convince“ them to like you more. If you do want to stay with them, consider taking a step back from the relationship and giving only as much effort as you’re given.
As for feeling better, try going out with some friends and just hanging out. You need to remind yourself that you are a kind and interesting person that people like to be with. Anyways I hope you feel better :)
