i know there’s a lot of cottage cheese hate in the world, but i love it and i especially love it with doritos crushed on top. salty, cheesy, satiating! don’t knock it til you try it

Thats so crazy! I’ve always been the one to introduce it to people! I’ve never met anyone else who knew about it, but I always tell people and even if they hate cottage cheese they end up liking it

COTTAGE CHEESE TOAST

MUST be full fat cottage cheese, and I spend a little more for the nicer stuff that almost has a ricotta-like texture (I don’t wanna hear cottage cheese slander if you’ve only ever had low-fat Kemps). Butter up a thick slice of toasted sourdough, spread on a layer of cottage cheese, then add toppings. My absolute favorite is with chili crisp, but when I need something sweet, blueberries+honey is decadent.
