Graying in ur early twenties

started at 20 & am hoping ill be completely grey by 35. good as a way to confront whatever fears abt aging I have & actually makes me excited to age…full silver will be a Sick look

i noticed my first grey hair about 4 years ago

my knees now ache regularly. I’m more sentimental about things and have began documenting a lot more of my life - photo albums/scrapbooking, journaling, keeping lil objects, etc. I’m obsessive about the quality of my sleep. my body is screaming that I’m running out of time to reproduce, despite having no actual desire for children. I see through the bullshit, no longer fit the naive category.

don't stop caring

highly sensitive person who has a lot of empathy over here 🙋‍♀️ i struggle with the same thing, i find myself having to isolate a lot because all the feelings are just overwhelming and it's so tough being surrounded by all the constant negativity in the world. don't think you should stop caring, it's also important to take care of yourself, a lot of people take advantage of people who care too much, but i still think it's so beautiful to care about others.

the small town i grew up in went to shit quickly, but even so, being surrounded by a forest while listening to a little stream is pretty neat.
