This is a fantastic movie All the discourse surrounding it is exhausting itās a fictional movie about war photographers and the tragedies of war and it is not a warning or āthis will actually happen if we donāt fix thingsā movie Kirsten Dunst is obviously great but Cailee Spaeny is the standout for me she is just so fucking good (canāt wait for alien Romulus that is going to be so cool) The soundtrack is insane and songs play over the most harrowing shit youāve ever seen that you would never think to put over those scenes but it works so so well See it in imax if you can the gunfire is deafening and shocking and it is a great looking movie too (the incorporation of the photography throughout is incredible) Anyone from DC or the surrounding area will be weirded out or at least I was seeing insane combat in the streets of dc and in the White House/lincoln memorial/Washington monument but it made it even more impactful for me
